CarsForSaleLA (the "Service") provides digital tools for mobile asset valuation, structuring operational lease contracts, and analyzing maintenance costs for distribution fleets. The Service includes calculating technical depreciation, optimizing working capital, and generating customized reports.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• The User has the right to access and use the valuation and reporting tools according to the purchased subscription.
• The User is obliged to provide accurate and complete data regarding assets and financial operations.
• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use of data and reports generated by the Service is prohibited.

3. Liability of the Parties

CarsForSaleLA does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of depreciation estimates or financial projections, as these are based on standard industry algorithms. The User is responsible for investment and contractual decisions made based on the provided reports. Under no circumstances shall CarsForSaleLA be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

4. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of CarsForSaleLA for any claim related to the use of the Service is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months. The Service is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or error-free operation.

5. Termination of Use

The User may terminate the use of the Service at any time by written notice to the email address below. CarsForSaleLA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of breach of terms, without prior notice.

6. Modification of Terms

CarsForSaleLA may modify these terms at any time, with 30 days' prior notice via email or on the website. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions are invoiced monthly or annually, according to the chosen option. Refunds are granted only in the case of proven technical errors, within 14 days of invoicing. Partial usage periods are not refunded.
